Hi Carol, I checked the Seneca County Cemetery Inscriptions book and do not find any KILBORN listing. there are two KILBURN listings, Alta and Edgar. Likewise I did not find a listing for Jane KILBORN McKENZIE. There are two McKENZIE and two MACKENZIE listings, but no Jane. Sorry I couldn't help. Don Rogier
