This response is being separately addressed to ross.8@osu.edu. There's a web site containing pictures of the churches of Seneca County, Ohio. It was prepared by Kristina Kuhn Krumm. The web site is: "freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~ohio/seneca/churches1.htm." I don't know how complete this collection is. The pictures are in thumbnail form that can be clicked for enlargement. There are pictures of two Baptist churches, both in Bloom township. One of these may be a long shot for the church associated with the East Baseline Baptist Cemetery for which you have interest. The thumbnail for this long shot possibility is captioned: "Bloom twp. Baptist, no longer exists." The other is associated with a "Pleasant View Cemetery." The enlarged version of this picture is captioned at the top: "Photo supplied by Linda Houyouse. Email: dutch@bright.net." At the bottom, the picture is captioned: "Babtist Church Bloomville . O." If you haven't tried already, you might want to contact Linda to see if she might have any more information on this Baptist church, reported no longer in existence. By the way, were you aware of the article on John Weisenauer (b. 1832 in Steegen Germany; m. Mary Gwinner 27 Mar 1856, Chatfield, Cawford Co., OH), published in the Seneca County, Ohio History and Families book compiled by the Seneca County Genealogical Society, 1998? It appears on page 417 and contains a lengthy article on John and Mary and their descendents. It also contains a picture of the James Weisenauer family. The article was submitted by Ken Weisenauer.
