My Seneca County ancestor was on the Tiffin city council around the turn of the century. TC Engemann also owned a restaurant on Market Street. His wife was a Strasser from Wyandot County. Mary Strasser Engemann died in 1899 after being involved in a runaway wagon accident. She is buried in Wyandot County. Theodore Engemann later married Mary Strasser's sister Elizabeth and the family moved to Pennsylvania. Before owning his restaurant, Theodore was a salesman for a couple of breweries.
