Hi, All, I'm looking for more information on an ancestor. He was always known as Edward Harrison, but the 1870 Ohio Census shows him listed as Eugene Harrison. Mother is Margaret Watchier Harrison; father is John S. Harrison. I believe he was born in 1867 or so. Birth certificates would have been available then, but the Probate Court cannot find any birth certificate for him. The family never knew what happened to him. There is an E.E. Harrison buried in the family plot, and I suspect it's he. Possibly Edward Eugene or Eugene Edward. No dates available. If it's he, then it doesn't look like he ever married because there are no other Harrisons there, other than his mother. His father, John S., supposedly abandoned the family at some point and was never heard from again. I'd like to look for him, but I don't know where or how.
