I have tried the Seneca County Library in Tiffin to no avail. There is no record of her birth. Her father reportedly was Reuben Drinkwater, though her obituary states Reul Drinkwater. I am looking to clear up this confusion factor. Everything I have so far points to Reuben as her father. The birth record would help clear things up. Thank you.
