A marriage cert for... who and John Ingels? Elizabeth Ingels Zink? Do you have any clues as to who her parents were? I see the problem on the transcription errors. The reader looked at ZINK and thought it said QUICK. The Z's are hard to read. On their sons John b. 1896 d. 9/12/1940 death record he lists fa. William Zink and Amanda Manley. On Amanda's death cert. (misread transcription Quick) says parents: James Manley and Mary Jane Keyes. I looked in Scioto Co. 1870 census and there she is, 16 years old. b. Oh 1854. Fa. James b. 1829 Ky and Mo. Mary Jane b. 1833 Oh. In the 1850 census for Meigs Co. there are Isaac Manley b 1794 Ky and wife Esther b. 1793 Ky . They have a son James b. 1829 Ky so I guess those are his parents? On the 1850 census the name you can't read for John Jr. son is Phineas 6 months old. Since I can't find John and Elizabeth in any other census I have no clue if they had other children. Did you find them in any other census records?
