According to the census, they were both born in VA. Elizabeth was born about 1825 and John was born about 1822. In 1850 they are living in Gallia Co right beside John's father, whose name is also John, born about 1792 in VA. this is all the info I have. What makes you think that Amanda Quick is also Amanda Manley. . .and what census did you find her in listed as Quick. John and Elizabeth Zink are listed as quicks in 1860.
