My gggg-grandfather John Bowman/Boman b:abt 1743-1753 settled in Ross Co, Ohio abt 1809 and died there abt 1834-1837. It is possible he came from Maryland or Virginia. He was married to a 'Sarah Dawson' and a 'Ruth'(might be same person) Children: *Thomas R married Nancy Powell (they settled in Wabash Co, Indiana) Eli married Margaret'Peggy' Powell (they settled in Wabash Co, Indiana) John Daniel married Nancy Loney (their descendants in Boone Co, Indiana) Benjamin married Sarah Loney (their descendants in Nebraska) William d: possibly bef 1814 Edward Polley Betsey married Allen Nixon Polley and Betsey maybe nicknames for Mary and Margaret Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
