In 1850, Gallia Co., Perry Twp is a widowed, Sr. John Zink, born in VA, with 3 children, James Madison, Sarah and William Zink. Right next door is John Zink Jr., born in VA, married to Elizabeth Ingles, also born in VA, with two children, James and William M. (listed here as what appears to be Thomas??). The Senior John was born about 1792 and John Jr. was born about 1822. I have information on Wm. M. Zink, including his death certificate, which lists his parents and verifies they were born in VA. I also know that James Madison Zink, son of John Zink Sr., married and moved to Indiana. I was hoping that someone would have additional information about these families.
