The site is http://www.newspaperarchive.com/ before joining you can see what papers are available by clicking on the tab 'browse available papers' If you then click on OH on the map and you will find all the papers including those for Portsmouth. If you have an ancestry.com subscription you will be able to access the same papers. J.
