After you click on Genealogy at the library there is a page detailing the local history holdings. Near the bottom, under the heading Ohio Room, is a link to email them and request a quote for them to do research. Perhaps they could look up the death records and provide the details you are seeking. Also regarding your search for a transcription of Crabtree Cemetery please keep in mind that not everybody who died has a tombstone or marker. I have found that to be true in my research anyway.
