Hello Greenlawn Cemetery is located on Offnere Street in Portsmouth Ohio. They do not have an email address, but you can find the 1800 Burials in Greenlawn listed online at www.sccogs.com We have just finished reading the 1900 Burials and I checked the index and do not see either Marion Noel or Perry Tomlin listed as being buried there. This doesn't mean that they are not, they just may not have a stone. You may wish to visit our website and click on the link for the officer's. Send an email to either Gladys Reynolds or Mima Vita.
