The Scioto County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society just finished reading the inscriptions in Greenlawn Cemetery. I checked our listings and do not find one for Ralph Phillips. If he is buried there, he may not have a stone. The 1800 Burials are now online and you can find them at www.sccogs.com 1870 Census Index records are online there as well.
