Notice is hereby given, that the subscriber has been duly appointed and qualified as administrator, with the will annexed, on the estate of William Grubb Sen'r., late of Scioto County, deceased. M., at the door of the Court House, in the city of Portsmouth, Scioto county, Ohio, will be sold to the highest bidder, the following real estate, to wit: All that part of inlot No. 177 in the said city of Portsmouth, beginning at the south-east corner of said inlot No. 177, thence running north 124 feet to a stake, thence west with the line of an alley 8 1/2 feet wide to a stake in the north line of Second street, thence east with said north line 21 feet to the beginning, being the east 21 feet front by 124 feet deep of said inlot.
