Transcribed by Joyce Robinson The Portsmouth Times October 5, 1858 NOTICE Christian Walter of the City of New Orleans, in the State of Louisiana, is notified that Ida Walter did, on the 2nd day of September, AD., 1858, file her petition in the office of the clerk of the Court of Common Pleas, within and for the County of Scioto, and State of Ohio, charging the said Christiann Walter with being willfully absent from the said Ida Walter for more than three years last past, and asking that she may be divorced from the said Christian Walter, which petition will stand out the hearing at the next term on said court.
