The following list comes from the Portsmouth Times, Nov. 1858. It is a list a delinquent taxes for the City and Town Lots. I am only listing the names here, additional information is available by request. Additional information as posted in the newspaper is as follows: No. In Lot. City, Description, Feet Front, Val.
