    1. DUDUIT death - October 2, 1880 - Portsmouth Times
    2. Transcribed without making changes to spelling and grammar. Transcribed by Joyce Robinson The Portsmouth Times Dated: October 2, 1880 DEATH OF MRS. DUDUIT. Mrs. Duduit, wife of F. E. Duduit, of the firm of Clare, Duduit & Co., died at her residence on East Second street, at 7 o'clock, Friday morning, after a lingering illness. For the past five or six years Mrs. Duduit had been subject to ailments of various kinds, and a portion of the time was an invalid. Some time ago she went to the east with a view to restoring her health, but did not receive any benefit from the trip, arriving home some three weeks ago not improved in the least as far as the family physician was able to discern. She remained in this precarious condition until her death. The deceased was a member of Bigelow Chapel, and a most consistent Christian; was an amiable wife and affectionate mother, and her loss will be deeply felt. She was in the forty-fifth year of her age.
