Good Day, As a researcher and decendent of Scioto Co people I also would like to thank Joyce for the many hours of volunteer service she is providing to ALL. WE should all take note and do the same for our area, my local organization does a newspaper quarterly of history events its the most read paper for the area,and its free to residents.
