I'm looking for parents, siblings, etc on Lewis Franklin Jacobs born Mar 1865 in Scioto, OH (according to his marriage certificate). I can not locate him on any Ohio census. He appears in Utah in Emery Co. when he marries Sarah D. Higgins Gorley Dec 1890. They move to California where he dies in Fresno, CA Nov 1928. Would appreciate any info. on "Frank" Jacobs.
