I hope someone can help me with this one. I have tried looking in the 1910 census and the George and Mary(Bryant) Phillips family doesn't seem to be there but in the 1900 census they show up as having two kids, Russell and Mary. I don't think they moved to Cincinnati til after 1910 so they should show up in the Scioto Co. census. He worked in the shoe factory and she was at home. How can I find out where they were and if they had more kids? Does anyone do lookups in the city directories? Maybe I can narrow down when they left Portsmouth if I could see when they disappeared from the directories...? Is there a list of births in that ten year span that is alphabetical? I would appreciate any help. Thanks Pam
