Leslie..I know that the "History of Scioto County ,Ohio 1903 "by Nelson Evans is available at the Portsmouth Library and I think the Lucasville Library. The "Lucasvillle Ohio Sesquicentennial 1819-1969 " Book is at the Lucasville Library and it is the one with the picture of Flatwoods School. I really don't know if you can still buy these books but they are both really interesting . Mary
