    2. Leslie..there was a school near the Stoney Hill Cemetary called Flatwoods School. In "History of Scioto County,Ohio , 1903" by Nelson Evans , he said that this school was fairly new so I am guessing it was built around 1900. Also in "Lucasville, Ohio Sesquisentennial, 1819-1969" there is a photo of Flatwoods School with a lot of students and the teacher Nellie Kearnes standing in front. Hope this helps. Mary

    3. Mary, Yes I think this will help me alot. Do you know how much these books cost or do they have copies for sale? Also do you know if any of them say anything about Mills run back around 1850's Have you read all the papers on myfamily.com on photo's under Farmer Family? papers wrote by Albert Ewing Farmer he talks about the Mill and stuff.
