Trying to find anything on Mary E. Flannigan who married John Phillips in Portsmouth October 14, 1893. He died in 1898 so we might assume she remarried at some point. Don't know anything else about her other than she was his second wife and did his obit for the Portsmouth Correspondent. She may have been a widow herself when she married John. Would like to add one more thing to this post..... The obituary for John Phillips in the Portsmouth Correspondent refers to his "widow and 8 children" he leaves behind. He only had 7 kids with his first wife so I am wondering if he and Mary had a child between 1895-1898. Can anyone look them up in the 1900 census and see??? Thanks so much Pam
