    1. [OHSCIOTO] McKinnie, 1835
    2. Hello, Does anyone know of a James McKinnie in Scioto County. "James (died at Abingt[d]on, Ill.) went to New Boston, near Cincinnati, in 1835, and subsequently removed to Illinois". I am trying to figure out the migration pattern of other family members to the vicinity of Abingdon, IL. When did James move to Illinois? Did he go directly to Abingdon, Knox Co or were there earlier stops along the way? One of his cousins, Jane E McMullen / McMillen, also went of Abingdon. There must have been some connection. Thanks for your efforts. --Jack Trauth

    3. "New Boston, near Cincinnati," Not really that close, especially in 1835. There is about a 80/85 mile distance between the two towns. New Boston is Scioto County; Cincinnati is Hamilton County. Please visit my site at: http://www.jasche.com This site contains Philly maps and lots of PA. & OH Info.
