Your information about Fallen Timber and "Flat Woods" reminded me of another place. Samuel's brother, George Mullen, was said to have been born in/at Pine Flats. I won't say that this Marion is or is not MY Marion. I don't have any of his siblings, so I cannot compare with Benjamin's. And all through the years on the censuses, Marion said that he was born in VA or W. VA. Also, the Marion that you found is at least ten years older. Of course, his age differs through the years! Thank you. I appreciate your looking for my Marion. I will continue the pursuit. Jeanne Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I can go to the Ohio Historical Society and look for his obit, if you'd like. Maybe there will be some mention of other relatives that would be helpful. Let me know.
