They arrived in Sandusky County approximately late 1830's. Henry married Clara WICHMAN in Sandusky County September 30, 1850. Two sons, Louis Frederick AVERS and Henry AVERS, married the sisters SOLLMAN, Magdalena Nancy and Mary, daughters of Lewis SOLLMAN, who also appears in the 1850 Sandusky County census. Siblings of Henry the Elder married DEITEMEYER, HAAR and maybe MEYERS. Others unknown. Sisters of Clara married John TEBBE in Sandusky County, and unknown BRUNS. Siblings of L.F. and Henry married men named WETJEN (sp?),PETERSON,BARKHOUSE/BARKHAUS, and KOENIG/KING.
