    1. [OHSandusky] Pointe aux Faivriers, old French Canadian name in Sandusky?
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Momany Demars Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/WZB.2ACI/614 Message Board Post: When my ancestors Anthony Momany and his wife Anglique DeMars had their children baptised at St. Joseph church in Erie, Monroe, Michigan in the 1830's, they claimed to have been married in Sandusky county (1821) and written beside that was Pointe aux Faivriers. This is French for Point of the Faivriers - but Faivrier isn't a French word - février is French for February. Any one have any ideas? Thanks, Chris
