Greenfield is actually in Highland County. Highland County was formed from Ross County in 1805. There is a lot of Ross County history there because it is on the county line. You may want to contact the Southern Ohio Genealogical Society, P.O.Box414, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133 or email SOGS414@sbcglobal.net. Is there a Ross County Historical Society? Could someone tell me where it is located or where I could find records relating to Greenfield? I'm looking for John C. Meneely and his wife Isabella and family.
