Cindy E. Morgan Cindy E. Morgan, 45, of West Jefferson, passed away suddenly Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, at her residence. She was born March 1, 1961, in Sciotoville. Survivors include her husband, John Morgan; two daughters, Ashley Morgan and Katie Morgan, both of West Jefferson; two sons, John David Morgan and Damien Joseph Morgan, both of West Jefferson; her mother, Vernita Sigler of Chillicothe; her father, Charles Schneider of Chillicothe; a sister, Adlisa Schneider of Chillicothe; a niece, Tiffany Schneider; a nephew, Amen Crabtree; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007, at the RADER-McDONALD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. Main St., West Jefferson, where memorial services will be held at 8 p.m. In accordance with Cindy's wishes, she will be cremated. The final disposition of her cremains will be at the convenience of the family.
