There is also a book of Ross Co. marriages I'm pretty sure. Maybe someone on the list lives in that area and has access to it. So I am looking for evidence of the William and Helen (mother) marriage prior to 1836, the birth of their daughter (Helen) born in 1836, and the marriage of THE DAUGHTER to a Mr. Cooper. More accurate dates for this last marriage would be 1850-1860. I made it confusing. Yes, I need to find a census index to make it easier. This is all I know of this family unit. Thanks, Pat
