Could anyone tell me if a person was arrested in Chillicothe in 1800 would the record still exist? I am looking for an arrest record for an Osmond Crabb, arrested in December, 1800 in lieu of placing a $250.00 bond to keep him from carrying an African American woman and her children from the area. I am trying to determine where Osmond Crabb lived before coming to Chillicothe and I am hoping that this arrest record may help.
