Have a RACHEL GREEN who married WILLIAM DOWNS, Jan. 28, 1830, in Ross County. Rachel was born Sept. 15, 1811, (according to Downs family history near Wheeling, WV), and died March 2, 1892 in Tippecanoe Co., Indiana. William and Rachel came to Tippecanoe Co. in the 1840's and settled near Battle Ground (site of the Battle of Tippecanoe) in Tippecanoe twp. Need parents of Rachel. Thanks! Adina
