How would someone find out if a Civil War Vet. was discharged in Ross County, Ohio Name was Samuel L. Wilges/Wilgus from the 149th OVI Thanks Frank Conner

I have checked the roster of each company of the 149th and do not find your Samuel listed. I also did not find him on the Roll of Honor for the 149th.
