He was also enumerated in the 1900 US census in the same place. This time daughter's name was listed as "Belle." There was another daughter named Charlotte. In the 1910 US census in PA...Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, PA....Richard Higgins was enumerated.....age: 32 yrs. birthdate: 1888....wife: Lena....daughter: Dorothy K.
