I am seeking information about John M. C. Caldwell. He is listed on page 442 of the 1840 Ross County Census, Springfield Township, along with Robert Caldwell. If this is the right John M. C. Caldwell, he was born in December 1830 and married Eliza C. Sewell in Crawford County, Missouri in 1852. John and Eliza had five boys. Their son, Robert Joseph Caldwell is my husband's grandfather.
