Ancestry, I have a Elias Caplinger and his wife Barbara Miller. They were married March 10, 1833 in Highland Co. Several of their children were born Of Brushcreek Twp. Have not researched this myself. In looking for my own ancestry I found this info at Genealogy.com posted by a Tom King. He also lists a Dr. John Caplinger. Hope this helps you.
