I am looking for any Whitsel or North family members in Rose County. Clarissa Ellen North was born in Ross county in the middle 1850's. She had an uncle who was a Nicholas Whitsel. There is a family photo of the two of them. It is said that they were both born in Ross county. I have had no luck finding either family member.
