I have the Buckskin Township, Ross County tombstone inscription book, and the Concord Township tombstone book. I checked both and did not find an inscription for William K. Taylor. He may be buried there, but without a tombstone. I would like to point out that Buckskin Township is next to Highland County more so than Fayette. The small city of Greenfield in Highland County is just across Paint Creek from Buckskin Township, Ross County. Greenfield has a large cemetery. They also have a small library that maintains all of the cemetery books for Highland and Ross County. I think Greenfield is in Madison Township, but I'm not certain of this. It could be a good place to check for your William K. Taylor. Harold in Florida
