Researching: YOUNG, HORNER, THOMAS, PENNYHOFF (BENNINGHOFF), WHISTLER (WHISLER), ZEHNER, KULP (CULP) CRIDER (CRYDER), LANDIS, HOOVER in Ashland/Richland Counties, Ohio. I am new to this list, having been on it many years ago, I am looking for any information (dates, relatives, stories) on the following individuals. I wasn't sure if colors came through, but my direct line has an asterisk (*) by it. A little background info-- David YOUNG moved with his wife, Catherine HORNER YOUNG from PA to OH in between 1832 and 1834. Their sons George YOUNG, Samuel YOUNG and daughter Eliza YOUNG all married into the same THOMAS family, marrying brother/sisters. Parents David and Catherine (HORNER)YOUNG both died in Ashland County, and are buried in a Cemetery near Steamtown. Any further information on the parents and children/families would greatly be appreciated. Son Daniel YOUNG (my line) moved from Ashland in 1876 to McPherson CO., Kansas. Thanks for any and all help!
