Hetty Terman was born about 1825 Carlisle PA. She was mentioned in the will of her father John Terman who died over the Christmas season 1842/3 in Madison Township. He left her $200.00, mare, side saddle and bridle. [Her sisters -all married- only got $200 each]. Unless she died, she was married between 1842 and 1850. People usually married the girl next door back then Does this sound familiar to anyone? Janet
