My uncle, who has passed on much of his Black family information to me, has William born on the above date in Richland Co. Unfortunately there is no documentation listed for this "fact" in the records he gave me. I would be most grateful if there is anyone who could check the birth records for the county and let me know if William was, indeed, born in Richland Co.
