Can someone on the list who is familiar with Mansfield tell me in what ward Wood St. would be in on the Census of 1900? I have a 2nd great uncle living there and could use that info to get his census record to use in the application for the Civil War Families of Ohio. He was Henry Goodsell Palmer or H.G.
