How would I go about getting copies of birth records from the 1840's in Richland County? I want to find the birth records of several ancestors born in Richland county, Worthington Township. Christina Fisher born Dec. 26, 1845 Matthias Fisher born Feb. 27, 1847 Julia A. Fisher born June 20, 1849 Possibly Caroline Fisher also, dates unknown, she died in infancy. Parents were Emanuel and Catherine Fisher. They moved to Iowa by the early 1850's. They could have spelled it Fischer also. I'd appreciate any help in tracking down any records, birth or otherwise.
