Winters (SSDI * 20 Mar 1920 / 02 Jul 2006) is still listed at 98 W Ogle St in Bellville 44813, tel 419 886 4370. While the phone listing might not be up to date, it's also possible, if Anita never married, that she is still living at that address. The names Miller and Steinkuehler/Steinkühler suggest they might have been Danube Swabian/Donauschwaben immigrants. A huge number of ethnic Germans (usually Roman Catholic) from the Banat region of Austria-Hungary immigrated to the Mansfield area around 1900-1910. You might want to look at http://www.dvhh.org/finding-aids/mansfield.htm#IMMIGRATION but I could find nothing on Steinkuehler or Miller, which could possibly have been anglicized from Heinrich Müller. The 1920 census on that site (which might be where you got some of your information) lists a number of Millers. The somewhat regal/upper class given name of Amalia Augusta Victoria also suggests she might have been from central Germany, i.e., the Berlin-Dresden area, not from the Banat.
