Our Richland Co. list is a fairly quiet list -- generating only a few messages a month. So, when someone calls for a "roll call" it can upset some people who are not used to the number of e-mails that suddenly come flooding into their e-mail boxes. Up to now we have had no formal written rules in our list guidelines about "roll calls". But we generally want to limit them to no more than once every 4-5 months.
