Mr. O'Hearn was brought home Wednesday night from the sanitarium where he was taken for treatment, as his mental condition was not improved. Yesterday he became violent and Dr. Stewart, the family physician, filed an affidavit for insanity in probate court. The hearing this morning sustained the affidavit and Mr. O'Hearn was declared insane. He was taken to the Toledo insane hospital this afternoon. Mr. O'Hearn is 36 years old and has a wife and four children. .-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.
