You can request a photocopy directly from the genealogy department at the Library. Information about how to do that, the cost, etc., is on this page: http://www.mrcpl.org/shermrm.html You might also ask them to check their newspapers for Ruth Boggs around the date of her death. It may be that her obituary didn't get entered into their index -- which happens sometimes. I hope this helps!
