    3. Kathy and Portage Co. You can also order the contents of their "file" at the National Archives. For $10, you get whatever is in the file. I ordered several so far, and have copies of signatures, certifications of who lived on land, what kind of house they built, etc. You can find more info on the link at the following site: http://www.providence-dar.org. These would be for the years between 1820 and 1908. This is one of the neatest sites I have seen in a long time.
