Their parents were probably Jacob and Harriet Rinehart from Portage county, Ohio. They were both born in the 1850's. I have found them in the 1860 and 1870 censuses with their parents, but I have found no record of them since then. Brian Hi Brian, Looked on Ancestry to see what I could find and found the following: From the Marion Star, July 6, 1912: "A Pretty Wedding at Country Home" Miss Debolt and Mr. Lawrence Rose Married. A pretty wedding was celebrated at the country home of Mr. & Mrs. J.E. Fisher, of near Cardington, Wednesday afternoon, when Miss Cecil Carmonita Debolt, or Nortlach, Canada, sister of Mrs. Fisher, and Mr. Lawrence Kenneth Rose, of Cardington, were united in marriage. The home was decorated with ferns, pink roses and blooming elder. The ceremony was performed at 5 o'clock on the veranda, by Rev. A. E. Black, pastor of the Methodist Protestant church, of Cardington. The wedding march was played by MRS. EDSON RHINEHART, also of Cardington. Don't know if this is your ancestor, but it might give you a new direction. Also, someone has a family tree posted to Ancestry with Elbert and Edson in it. The contact's email is bjrhinehart@juno.com (for all I know that's probably you!!). It lists Elbert as George Elbert. Doesn't give information on Elbert's death, but it might also lead you in a new direction. I know this isn't much, but I hope it helps! Good luck, Chris
