I have been the editor of the Portage County Genealogical Society newsletter for the past three years and can attest to the fact that none of the four people mentioned, Miss Amelia GOODELL, Mrs. Ellen COOLEY, Mrs. Ida PIERCE or Miss Carrie HOUSE, are on the membership mailing list. However, in looking at the page that it came from, this was from the Memorial to the Pioneer Women of the Western Reserve, published in 1895-1896. I have a sneaking suspicion that these women are all deceased, and that reaching them will be impossible. LOL Jan Rader Kent, OH
